The Acura Division of American Honda Motor Co., Inc. pays captive lease cash on 2025 ADX vehicles
when the qualified new and not previously reported vehicles are sold and delivered during the program period.
MUST use an AFS lease program. Purchase plans do not qualify for lease cash.



2025 ADX Regional Captive Lease Cash

2025 ADX Sales Credit" provides dealerships on 2025 ADX vehicles   
when current eligible clients purchase or lease a new and not previously reported sold 2025 ADX vehicle.   


Eligibility: Clients may NOT use AFS special finance nor AFS special lease programs. 

 
Claiming Dates: November 7, 2025 through January 30, 2026  
• Must be applied and disclosed towards the purchase or lease of an eligible vehicle, and cannot   
be provided directly to the client as cash or a rebate.  
• Eligible vehicle must be sold, delivered, and reported during the program period.  
• Dealer must claim VIN in the Acura Performance Center during the claiming period.  
• EXCEPTIONS for late claims will NOT be considered.  


CLIENT ELIGIBILITY:  
• Client is not required to trade-in their current vehicle.  
• If not leasing or financing with AFS, offer must be disclosed on the Bill of Sale and any lender’s contracts.  

IF LEASING OR FINANCING WITH AFS:  
• Offer is not valid if the client does not meet AFS credit criteria.  
• Client must lease or finance with AFS for a minimum of 24 months or more of regularly scheduled payments.  
• Must be disclosed as capitalized cost reduction or down payment assistance on the contract.  
• Must disclose in the Flex Cash line of the Itemization of Amount Due at Lease Signing or Delivery, or select Flex Cash in the  
Total Cash Price & Down Payment section and enter the Sales Credit offer as the Flex Cash Amount.  

2025 ADX Sales Credit

"2025 ADX Conquest Offer" provides dealerships on 2025 ADX vehicles when select current competitive vehicle owners purchase or lease a new and not previously reported sold 2025 ADX vehicle.


Conquest Eligibility: Current owners of any 2015 or newer Acura, Audi, BMW, Buick, Cadillac, 
Chevrolet, Chrysler, Dodge, Ford, Genesis, Honda, Hyundai, Infiniti, Jeep, Kia, Lexus, Mazda, 
Mercedes-Benz, Nissan, Ram, Subaru, Toyota, Volkswagen or Volvo vehicle.


•	Eligible vehicle must be sold, delivered, and reported during the program period.
•	Dealer must claim VIN in the Acura Performance Center (www.AcuraPerformanceCenter.com) during the claiming period.
•	EXCEPTIONS for late claims will NOT be considered

o	Current vehicle registration
o	Current vehicle proof of valid auto insurance

•	Members of the same household are eligible – the Proof of Ownership document must show the same current address which matches the contract.

•	Dealer retains a copy of the Claim Confirmation and one of the Proof of Ownership documents for use in future audits as needed.
o	Acceptable Proof of Ownership documents include:
?	Current vehicle registration
?	Current vehicle proof of valid auto insurance
•	Only one award may be redeemed per VIN. Multiple conquest vehicle ownerships do not allow for more than one award per qualified vehicle.
For AFS clients (new vehicles):

•	Dealer Reimbursement Process:
o	Vehicle must be sold, delivered, and reported during the program period.
o	Dealer must claim VIN in the Acura Performance Center (www.AcuraPerformanceCenter.com), prior to submitting the AFS contract for funding, and during the claiming period.
•	Dealer prints 2 copies of the Claim Confirmation and attaches one to the AFS contract and inserts the second copy in the deal jacket for use in future audits as needed.
•	Dealer makes 2 copies of the Proof of Ownership documents and attaches one to the AFS contract and inserts the second copy in the deal jacket for use in future audits as needed.
o	Acceptable Proof of Ownership documents include:
?	Current vehicle registration
?	Current vehicle proof of valid auto insurance
?	Current vehicle billing statement (AFS clients only)
?	Current vehicle payoff quote (AFS clients only)

•	Client must lease or finance with AFS for a minimum of 24 months or more of regularly scheduled payments.
•	Must be disclosed as capitalized cost reduction or down payment assistance on the contract.
•	Eligible client must be listed on the AFS contract as the primary buyer.
Client Eligibility:

•	Client has graduated within the past two years or will graduate within the next six months with a doctorate’s, master’s, bachelor’s or associate’s degree from a U.S.-accredited college or registered nursing school.

Client Proof of Eligibility Requirement:
•	Must provide a copy of a diploma or college transcripts as proof of graduation eligibility and all other documents as required by AFS.

Active-Duty U.S. Military or Ready Reserve Client Proof of Eligibility Requirements:
•	Must provide one of the following: A copy of a Military Leave and Earnings Statement (LES) or a Defense Finance and Accounting (DFAS) Confirmation Form or Current Orders that shows Activation dates (for Activated National Guard or Reserve members).

U.S. Military Veteran Client Proof of Eligibility Requirements:

•	Veteran clients must be within 2 years of separation.

•	Must provide one of the following: A copy of a DFAS Retiree Account Statement (RAS) Confirmation Form or a Report of Separation (DD Form 214, Certificate of Release or Discharge from Active-Duty).


U.S. Military Retiree Client Proof of Eligibility Requirements:

•	Must provide one of the following: A copy of a DFAS Retiree Account Statement (RAS) Confirmation Form or a Report of Separation (DD Form 214, Certificate of Release or Discharge from Active-Duty) or a Retiree Verification of Pay Letter or a Letter from the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) showing service- connected evaluation indicating disability.

U.S. Military Spouse Client Proof of Eligibility Requirements:

•	Spouse of Active-Duty U.S. Military or Ready Reserve:
